Sophia Charters is Senior Client Partner at Griffiths Waite, where she helps organisations maximise value from technology investments by building trusted partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving measurable business outcomes. With over a decade of experience across account management, digital consultancy, and client partnership, Sophia specialises in turning complex enterprise relationships into long-term, outcome-focused partnerships.

Most recently, Sophia held senior client-facing roles at Tangent and rev.space, where she led client partnerships and drove digital delivery for enterprise accounts. Before that, she was a Senior Digital Consultant at DEPT®, and spent almost three years as Account Director at Freestyle, a digital product studio known for bringing clarity to complexity through memorable customer experiences.

Earlier in her career, Sophia spent over three years at McCann Birmingham, progressing from Digital Account Manager to Senior Digital Account Manager, before which she built her account management foundations over three years at AlphaQuad, rising from Digital Marketing Executive to Account Manager.

Known for fostering genuine partnerships while maintaining commercial rigour, Sophia brings a pragmatic, relationship-first approach to helping enterprise clients navigate complexity and realise the full value of their technology investment.
