Experience Director
Steven Lawrence is Experience Director at Griffiths Waite, where he helps enterprise organisations turn AI ambition into practical capability by bridging strategy, product, design, and technology. With more than 25 years across UX, product design, and digital delivery, he specialises in creating intelligent digital products that drive measurable business impact.
Earlier in his career, Steven founded and ran a digital agency from the age of 25, building it over 11 years and delivering award-winning work for organisations including Carphone Warehouse, Goodyear Dunlop, Eurocell, and Eversheds. His work has been recognised with honours including an Outstanding Innovation Award (Creative City Awards) and a DADI Award for best retail campaign.
He has defined and implemented UX strategy for Jaguar & Land Rover’s global websites and delivered enterprise-scale UX consultancy for Barclaycard, improving customer journeys and platform usability.
Steven works at the intersection of product design and applied intelligence, leveraging AI to accelerate product design while keeping human experience at the core.
