Leon Barrett is Head of Product at Griffiths Waite, where he leads the definition and delivery of intelligent digital products that help enterprises translate ambitious technology strategies into measurable outcomes. With more than 18 years of experience spanning engineering, product leadership, and digital transformation, Leon specialises in aligning product vision, technology capability, and commercial impact.
Most recently, Leon led product teams at Amazon (Ring), shaping the strategy and delivery of large-scale, customer-facing digital experiences across international markets. Working at the intersection of device, platform, and mobile ecosystems, he helped guide the evolution of the Ring mobile application and broader product experiences used by millions of customers worldwide.
Prior to Amazon, Leon spent many years leading complex product engagements within a high-growth product studio, working with global brands including Volkswagen Financial Services, Hilton Worldwide, General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, HomeServe, and Busy Bees. In these roles he combined strategic product thinking with rigorous delivery practices to help organisations create digital products that delivered meaningful business value.
Leon began his career as a software engineer, giving him a deep appreciation for the realities of building and scaling technology. This foundation enables him to bridge the gap between product ambition and engineering execution — helping cross-functional teams focus on clear outcomes while navigating the complexities of enterprise environments.
