Got what it takes to be a GW'er?

Whilst Griffiths Waite has a strong career path and every effort is made to promote from within; there is an acknowledgement that specialist industry / sector experience will provide an extra dimension to our business and the quality of service we provide our clients.

The applications we develop are often pioneering in their use of Oracle technology and are usually business critical with visibility at board level. As a consequence our projects are demanding and fast-paced requiring positive thinkers who exhibit the ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to influence peers and clients’ alike whilst inspiring junior members of staff.

All experienced members of staff hold senior positions within the company and as such will be expected to have a positive influence in shaping the company’s success. We value the following key attributes from all our employees, but expect senior staff to excel in many.
