Assessment

GW has developed the BPM Adoption Programme which supports or-ganisations in assessing the potential of BPM, its impact on their busi-ness and delivering BPM solutions through Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Oracle’s Maturity Model will be used to provide a mechanism for equat-ing IT investments with business benefits. Assessment of BPM maturity provides a firm basis upon which to develop goals, strategy and plans. The Roadmap will provide a detailed path for getting from the current position, to a future position, identifying gaps in capability and recom-mending mitigating actions to ensure BPM adoption is successful.

Proof of Concept / Pilot Project
